Add the native Liquid source layer for Shopify themes: handwritten per-component CSS and Liquid, shared neutral tokens and part contracts, native ES modules, form fallbacks, editor lifecycle and unchanged data-slot 1.1.1 assets with their licenses.
This introduces the source and the tooling needed to lint and format it. Public registry generation, real CLI installation tests and examples follow in a second PR; docs and the release changeset remain in #286. The split keeps every PR below CodeRabbit’s 150-file review limit without excluding source from review. No release or consumer-facing docs change is included here.
The source is unchanged from the independently reviewed implementation in #286, including the deferred editor-selection fix. Its installed runtime passed Chromium, Firefox and WebKit regressions, JavaScript-disabled fallbacks, and a 276-part style comparison against the Shopify template. The reviewer verified deferred selection and unload/reload timing. This PR also gives native sources their required formatter, lint and dependency-analysis configuration.
No Shopify store or theme is changed. Shopify commerce rendering and stylesheet subsetting still need a named, approved store/theme test.
